Advance Booking Policy

1. Advance Payment (50%) – 50% of the total package cost must be deposited in our company’s account to confirm the package.
2. Token Booking (25%) – We can accept a booking with 25% of the total package cost as a token amount if the package is confirmed at least 15 days before the travel date.
3. Non-Refundable Token – The advance 25% payment will be considered as a non-refundable token amount. The remaining 25% (to complete 50%) must be cleared at least 7 days before the travel date. Failure to do so will lead to cancellation of your tour.
4. Balance Payment (50%) – The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected upon arrival.
5. Confirmation Letter – Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter during the trip, as it contains important details such as confirmed hotels, cab information, and service contact numbers.
