Terms of Use

By booking a trip with Journey With Singh, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• 50% advance is required to confirm the booking.

• Bookings made 15+ days before travel can be secured with 25% non-refundable token.

• Remaining 25% must be paid 7 days before travel; failure to pay will result in cancellation.

• The final 50% is payable upon arrival.

• Confirmation letter must be carried during the trip.

2. Child Policy

• Children under 5 years: Free without extra bed in parent’s room.

• Children 5–12 years and adults (above 12): Charged as per policy.

• Any misinformation about age will result in extra charges without dispute.

3. Hotel & Package Policy

• In case a chosen hotel is unavailable, a similar hotel will be arranged.

• Gala dinner charges (Christmas/New Year) are payable as per hotel policy.

• Prices may vary during peak/festive periods.

4. Cancellation Policy

• The 25% token amount is non-refundable.

• Other cancellation terms are subject to service provider and seasonal conditions.

5. Travel Guidelines

• Respect local customs and religious sites (e.g., remove shoes, cover head).

• Do not attempt risky activities like standing on valley edges or overexerting during treks.

• Avoid alcohol and non-veg food during specific religious/trek tours.

• Refrain from carrying heavy jewelry or valuable items.

• Follow safety measures and avoid prohibited photography.

6. Liability

• Journey With Singh is not responsible for delays, accidents, natural calamities, or loss/damage of personal belongings.

• All services are arranged in good faith but are subject to availability and conditions beyond our control.
